Richard has over 18 years of management consulting, financial auditing, internal auditing, program
advisory and risk management experience encompassing a career in both public accounting and private
industry. Previously a Director with the accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers, and following years
in industry and nearly a decade with the accounting firm of Ernst & Young, his global experience
encompasses projects and long-term assignments in the United States, Canada, South Africa, United
Kingdom, Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Qatar and now in Southeast Asia.

Richard graduated Magna Cum Laude from Regis University – Denver, Colorado’s Jesuit Catholic
institution of higher learning, with degrees in Finance and Accounting. From his collegiate years, he has
actively participated in peace and justice initiatives of the University relating to protests and information
campaigns with the School of the Americas, as well as outreach programs to the communities in need in
the Metro Denver area. Rich also served in the University’s Division of Accounting tax clinics assisting in
tax preparations for the elderly and marginalized communities.

Currently, Rich heads his own firm across Asia, providing US Tax and Regulatory Compliance
consultancy.

Richard and Martyn have known each other for over 6 years and have worked on a number of projects
